The West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting bids for the Replacement Boiler Tubes Project at the Denmar Correctional Center and Jail in Hillsboro, West Virginia. This construction project involves the alteration and improvement of boiler systems, requiring adherence to the International Building Code, OSHA safety regulations, and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section I. The contract will be awarded to the lowest qualified responsible bidder on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. Performance must be completed within 90 calendar days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed, and the project includes a one-year warranty.
