Arg Group LLC

The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a Cannabis Non-Storefront Retail License for Arg Group LLC, based on an application submitted on December 16, 2022. The project is authorized under Business and Profession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, and will operate out of an existing facility located at 9450 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Chatsworth, CA 91311 (APN 2746-013-020). The scope of operations includes the storage of cannabis products for non-storefront retail on a 117,774 square foot parcel, as well as on-site manufacturing and distribution. Utility services for the facility will be provided by LADWP. A Notice of Exemption has been issued for the project under a Class 32 Categorical Exemption, certifying that the project is consistent with local plans, situated in an urban location, and presents no significant environmental impacts. Administrative oversight is managed by the Department of Cannabis Control's Cultivation Licensing Branch in Rancho Cordova, California, with Tiffany Adorno serving as the primary point of contact. Final environmental documents and project approval records are maintained and available for public review at the agency's office.
