Marine Atlantic Inc. Invitation to Tender Ramp Controls Upgrade Marine Atlantic Inc. (MAI) invites offers from qualified Vendors for the Ramp Controls Upgrade Project. The project is located at the Marine Atlantic Ferry Terminal site in Argentia, Newfoundland. The Work generally includes, but it is not necessarily limited to, the following:   Mobilization and demobilization, including all labor and equipment as specified and as required to carry out the work. Complete select demolition as indicated on the drawings. Install Owner supplied control panel (see Appendix B) and accessories as indicated. Supply and Install conduits and cable as noted in the electrical installation drawings and control panel shop drawings. Complete point to point verification on control cables. Provide assistance to Owner's Representative for commissioning activities: Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Construction Schedule. Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Site-Specific Safety Plan. Preparation, submission, and implementation of an approved Site-Specific Environmental Protection Plan. Preparation, and submission of a Project Execution Methodology Marine Atlantic reserves the right to accept tenders in whole or in part.  The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. A site visit will be held on February 3, 2026, at 9:00 AM Atlantic Time at the site in Argentia, Newfoundland. The closing for receipt of tenders will be 14:00 hours Atlantic Time, February 11, 2026.
