Full Description
Proposal Requirement: The Contractor shall submit a technical proposal that fully addresses the requirements of the SOW. A separate price proposal will also be submitted with a detailed breakdown of labor, equipment, materials, and all other associated costs. Proposals are to be submitted electronically. The proposal submitted by the Vendor must be technically acceptable in a line by line review, conducted by the Government, as compared to the scope of work in the SOW. Additionally, the Vendor’s proposed price must be in line with the Government Estimate.
Basis for Award: This requirement is intended a a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable competitive award using simplified acquisition procedures. The proposal submitted by the Vendor must be technically acceptable in a line by line review, conducted by the Government, as compared to the work required within the associated SOW. Additionally, the successful Vendor’s proposed price must be the lowest of all technically acceptable proposals. This price shall also be determined both fair and reasonable by the Government.
