Full Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Rucker, Alabama (CCMI-CEU-RU) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1); FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to APEX Fabrication and Design Inc. 7938 Boyertown Pike, Boyertown, PA 19512. APEX Fabrication and Design, Inc. will provide an ASTM M30/P1, crash tested, bolt-down arm barrier. It will provide low-maintenance, high cycle performance wherever traffic control is needed. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no RFP available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted. The point of contact for this action is Mrs. Vanessa Martinez-Harris, Contract Specialist. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a Capability Statement to the Contracting Specialist via email at vanessa.martinez-harris.civ@mail.mil no later than 2:00PM Central Standard Time, September 16, 2016. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
