This contract is for the procurement of four units of ARMOR, SUPPLEMENTAL, under solicitation SPE4A7-26-T-561Q, exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. The item is source-controlled and must be manufactured and tested in accordance with limited rights data that only approved vendors with direct access or verifiable traceability to the authorized sources may handle; vendors seeking source approval must submit a SAR package. The product is subject to strict DLA packaging requirements, inspection and acceptance at origin, and mandatory removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies.
