DLA Land and Maritime prepared a solicitation for one time buys (see below list of NSN's). Based on market research these items are not considered commercial items and will be solicited using FAR Part 15. For required quantity information, see below list of NSN's to be shipped to (SW3121) Albany, GA 31704 & (SW3215) Barstow, CA 92311. FOB origin and inspection acceptance at Origin is required. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 12/31/2013. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. The required delivery is 180 days. Best commercial packaging is acceptable. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
