This firm fixed price solicitation, issued by the DLA Weapons Support Land Supply Chain, is a total small business set-aside for the procurement of transparent vehicular window armor, identified by NSN 2541-01-670-6556. The requirement includes a total of 545 units divided across two line items, along with specific requirements for ballistic and non-ballistic production control testing and a contractor first article test. Delivery is scheduled for 300 days after the award date if first article testing is required, or 90 days if waived. The contract mandates strict adherence to quality and technical standards, including ISO 9001:2015, MIL-STD-129 for marking, and MIL-STD-2073-1E for packaging. Due to the nature of the equipment, the project is subject to ITAR and EAR export controls, and access to classified drawings is restricted to contractors with an approved DD Form 254 and appropriate facility clearance. Invoicing must be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow system. Proposals are due by November 18, 2026, and should be submitted via the DIBBS portal or email.
