ARMORY SANITATION SERVICES SOLICITATION


The 502d Contracting Squadron has a requirement for the 37th Training Support Squadron seeking remediation cleaning services to mititgate lead buildup, carbon residure, in the armory at Building 950.


Please review all documents attached to this solicitation.


Submittal of Questions:


Questions may be submitted in writing to the Contracting office. Please submit all relevant and related questions to Andrew Ng at andrew.ng.4@us.af.mil. The deadline for submitting questions will be Tuesday, 23 June 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. No questions beyond this deadline will be accepted. Following the deadline the Government will compile all appropriate/relevant questions to the requirement and follow up with vendors with all questions and answers.


Quote Requirements:


Quote should be submitted by email to Andrew Ng at andrew.ng.4@us.af.mil and Belinda Tindal (Contracting Officer) at belinda.tindal.1@us.af.mil, no later than Friday, 03 July 2026 at 1:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Quotes must include unit and extended prices. Any quote, modification, revision, or withdrawal of a quote received after the exact time specified above shall be determined as late and will not be considered unless received before award is made, the Contracting Officer determines that accepting the late quote would not unduly delay the acquisition, and it was the only quote received.


HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside Competition:


This solicitation is being solicited as 100% total set-aside for HUBZone concerns. Only offers submitted by HUBZone concerns holding NAICS Code 562211 and size standard $47M will be accepted by the Government. All other quotes submitted by a contractor will not be considered for award.


Manadatory Registrations:


To be eligible for award, registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) must be current (legacy for On-line Registration and Certifications Application (ORCA) and Central Contractor Registration (CCR) registrations). To register or update former CCR and Reps & Certs that are not current go to https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and provide mandatory information.
