Armstrong Campus - Solms Re-Roof Window Replacement Construction

Georgia Southern University is soliciting bids for the Solms Hall Re-Roof Window Replacement Construction project (S-A202-27002) located at the Statesboro Campus in Georgia. The scope of work includes removing existing BUR roofing to the roof deck, installing new TPO roofing, replacing all building windows, and performing brick mortar pointing and repairs. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis to the responsive and responsible bidder who provides the lowest bid within budget limits.
