Doing so maintains confidence in the Army and its readiness to conduct operations. This effort defines an impostor social media account/profile as any user account portraying another person or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner. Accounts that use similar usernames, or are just similar in appearance, are not impostor accounts, nor are accounts that have profiles that clearly state they are not affiliated, or connected, with the similarly named individual.
