Solicitation period anticipated from 9 November 2017 - 22 December 2017. All solicitation documents are posted to FBO under the solicitation number at item 8 as of 9 November 2017. (10) Site Visit. (12) Place of Contract Performance. The project is located within the Canyon Lakes Ranger District near the Red Feather Work Center close to 274 Dowdy Lake Rd, Red Feather Lakes, CO 80545. On a map, it would be the northwest - of Section 34, and the southwest - of Section 27, Township 10 North, Range 73 West, 6th Principle Meridian. The site is in mountainous terrain at an elevation of 8,230 feet. Larimer County. (13) Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) (14) Contract Award Period of Performance. The anticipated period of performance is 30 days after the notice to proceed is issued. The anticipated period of performance is 1 June 2017 through 6 October 2018. (15) Contract Award Date. On or about 19 January 2018 (16) Contract Award Dollar Amount. It is anticipated that the range price of this contract will be (FAR 36.204): Between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Contractor shall have the **bonding** capacity for this project. (17) Contractor. TBD following evaluation of competitive proposals. One (1) Contractor will be selected for single award. Offeror shall provide a bid bond with the proposal to ensure that payment and performance bonding can be obtained if selected for contract award. The payment bond is to be 20% of the bid price.
