The Naval Oceanographic Office, at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi, has a requirement to purchase 100 each Array Mooring Anchors, with 4 options to purchase an additional 100 each annually. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 332710, with a size standard of 500 employees. Solicitation number N6230617PR052NV is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017 and DPN 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016. The Government intends to award a single contract. FOB Destination is requested. The Delivery Date is 120 days After Approval of First Article Test. ADDENDUM to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commerical Items: 1. All submissions shall include a cover page with the legal business name, address, business size (according to the size standard in paragraph 1 above), DUNS and Cage Code numbers, and point of contact information. Provide the make, model/part number and extended description of the quoted item(s) and the country of origin. Please indicate if any applicable discounts are included in the quoted price. Electronic submission of the quotation shall be e-mailed to contact@example.gov and contact@example.gov no later than 02 March 2017, 3:00 pm Central Time. 2. Questions shall be submitted via electronic mail (e-mail) to: contact@example.gov with a copy to and contact@example.gov. Questions will be accepted until 22 February 2017, 12:00 pm Central Time. All questions and answers will be published on the Federal Business Opportunities web site via amendment to the solicitation. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. 3. All offerors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. SAM Registration must remain active through expiration of the contract. 4.
