Artifact Survey, Triage, and Stabilization

This subcontract involves providing on-site survey, triage, and stabilization services for artifact collections on Parks Canada projects. The contractor is responsible for performing object-level condition checks and stabilizing items using inert materials, strictly adhering to the guidelines established by the Canadian Conservation Institute and Parks Canada for packing and handling. Key deliverables include detailed condition reports, triage data, and the stabilized artifacts. The role requires the contractor to be WHMIS compliant and capable of bilingual communication in both French and English.
