The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: aerial herbicide application. Mandatory Site Visit: none
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. _
Length of Contract: The Contractor may begin work at any time after the contract is awarded, after coordinating with the Project Manager. Work may begin no sooner than September 1, 2026. Once the Contractor is on site working, the Contractor shall work diligently and should complete all work before November 15, 2026. This area is within migratory bird habitat, mule deer winter habitat, and pronghorn fawning habitat. These dates would avoid potential conflicts during sensitive times for these species..
Vendor must guarantee its pricing through completion of the contract.
