The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations(Proposers) to provide the following six (6) training courses: L-954 All Hazards Safety Officer, L-956 All Hazards Liaison Officer, L-970 All Hazards Supply Unit Leader, L-964 All Hazards Situation Unit Leader, L-971 All Hazards Facilities Unit Leader, and L-965 All Hazards Resources Unit Leader courses of instruction.The City of Santa Ana (City) on behalf of the Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area (ASAUA) issoliciting proposals. Such services will be provided in accordance with agency needs and/or fundavailability at the discretion of the City.Contracted training courses and exercises will be managed under the ASAUA HomelandSecurity Regional Training and Exercise Program. This program is designed to provide theASAUA’s stakeholders with the regional training necessary to meet the goals and objectives setforth in the ASAUA’s Homeland Security Strategy.See EXHIBIT I for complete Scope of Services.The term “Vendor”, “Proposer”, “Consultant”, “Firm”, and “Contractor” shall refer to any legal entity or entities submitting a proposal in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
