A “mandatory” pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday March 27, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the offices of Delta Engineers, Architects, Land Surveyors, & Landscape Architects, DPC (860 Hooper Road, Endwell, NY). The pre-bid meeting will consist of a project/contract discussion (at Delta Office) followed by onsite inspections of the project site. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday April 11, 2024 at the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. No proposals will be considered unless it is accompanied by a bid guarantee, which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid for the total work to be done. At the option of the Bidder, the guarantee may be a certified check, bank draft, negotiable US Government bonds (at par value), or a bid bond approved by the Corporation Counsel.
