NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Army Contracting Command-Redstone has a sole source requirement to procure Advanced Sight and Display Computer (ASDC) and Common Display Interface Unit (CDIU) Software Loader Kits. Procurement Description: -TWO (2) EACH ADVANCED SIGHT AND DISPLAY COMPUTER (ASDC) AND COMMOND DISPLAY INTERFACE UNIT (CDIU) SOFTWARE LOADER KITS, PART NUMBER: MB1058B-00; - Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. ACC-RSA does not currently have an approved technical data package for these items; please do not submit requests. CONTRACT DATA REQUIREMENTS LIST CLIN NOT SEPARATELY- PRICED. NO KNOWN NSN EXISTS FOR ANY OF THE HARDWARE ITEMS. THERE ARE NO KNOWN FOREIGN MILITARY SALES (FMS) REQUIREMENTS NOR ARE THE ITEMS CRITCAL SAFETY ITEMS. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C.2304 (C)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), this proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source: EFW, Inc. 4700 Marine Creek Pkwy, Fort Worth, TX 76179. Interested firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES. However, all proposals received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
