The U.S. Embassy in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. PR16171544 o via the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) when it is available. The U.S. Embassy Ashgabat intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of two (2) brand new Utility Crossover Vehicle (UTV), complete with all associated equipment, and support services for the U.S. Embassy Ashgabat, Turkmenistan. Only new equipment will be accepted; refurbished or used units are not acceptable.
