Amendment 1. The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the reply by date to 09/21/2020 at 2:00PM EST to allow vendors more time to quote. This solicitation is made by Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Division of Procurement Services on behalf of The Consumer Protection Safety Council (CPSC) to all vendors for an evaluation, using ASHRAE Standard 97-2007 (R2017) test methods, of the combinations of odorant, refrigerant, compressor lubricant, and metal catalyst for seven prospective odorants and three refrigerants as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Attachment A - Pricing Spreadsheet. This requirement is unrestricted open market under NAICS code 541330. The government anticipates awarding a best value contract resulting from this solicitation to the vendor who provides the best value to the government. Interested offerors shall submit questions electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the Subject Line: ATTN: JMS/PW: FR CPSC. Questions shall be submitted no later than 14:00 (2:00 PM EST) Tuesday, September 15, 2020. Interested offerors shall submit quotes electronically to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov with the Subject Line: ATTN: JMS/PW: FR CPSC, no later than 14:00 (2:00 PM EST) Friday, September 18, 2020.
