Amendment 0001: The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation amendment is to provide answers to submitted vendor questions; see Attachment titled: "Questions and Answers."


This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.2, Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award, as to prioritize speed, simplicity, and commercial alignment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested under simplified procedures, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


The Government anticipates awarding a competitive Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 332420 (size standard: 750 employees). This RFQ is being issued as 100% total small business set – aside.
