This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

USCG Base Kodiak, Kodiak, AK, has a requirement (brand name or equal) for:
QTY 1 NEW Bauer Four (4) ASME 6000 PSI Storage Cylinders Rack with Bank Configuration
QTY 40 NEW P/N 527BA04 – Hose, 7,000 PSI that complies with CGA G7 1-1 Grade E Breathing Air Standards and NFPA 1901 – ¼ inch.
QTY 1 Assembly and installation services, inclusive of mounting and testing
The contractor shall provide one new Bauer ASME6K-4 Four ASME 6000 PSI Storage Cylinders with Rack, Bank Configuration, or equal. The system shall include four ASME-rated high-pressure storage cylinders, each rated for 6000 PSI service pressure, mounted in a rack and configured as a banked/cascade storage assembly. The assembly shall be suitable for use with a compatible high-pressure breathing air compressor and fill station system.
The storage assembly shall include all manufacturer-required components necessary for normal operation, including cylinder valves, high-pressure manifold/piping, isolation valves, pressure gauges, fittings, and rack hardware. The system shall be new and unused and shall comply with applicable ASME pressure vessel requirements for 6000 PSI high-pressure breathing air storage service.
Offerors proposing an equal product shall provide manufacturer specifications, data sheets, drawings or product literature sufficient to demonstrate that the proposed product meets or exceeds the salient characteristics listed in this requirement.
Offerors shall provide a firm fixed price for all items listed above, inclusive of shipping to USCG Base Kodiak, SHIPPING AND RECEIVING BLDG 26, Kodiak, AK 99619. Evaluation criteria is lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).
