Aspen IV Time Extension

The Aspen IV Time Extension project, identified by control number PLNP2025-00071, is a Use Permit Amendment managed by Sacramento County. The primary objective is to extend the expiration of Use Permit No. 04-UPB-0230 and Reclamation Plan No. 04-REB-0229. This extension allows for the continued operation of an existing pre-wash facility, associated settling ponds, and grading activities at the property located at 4820 Bradshaw Road in the Cordova community of unincorporated Sacramento County. Additionally, the project extends the deadline for the implementation of the approved Reclamation Plan. The scope is strictly limited to a time extension and does not include any new construction, modification, or expansion of facilities or site activities. All operations must remain consistent with existing approvals and prior environmental reviews. Under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, the project is categorized as exempt as it involves existing facilities and does not propose any physical improvements or significant environmental impacts.
