Proposals must be submitted electronically via DoD SAFE, and the current deadline has been extended to October 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT. Contractors are required to adhere to strict quality control and safety standards, including compliance with USACE EM 385-1-1 and the Davis-Bacon Act. Key administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system for electronic invoicing and the submission of performance and payment bonds for each task order.
