PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: EP750-230478/A - Asphalt Repair on Parliamentary Precinct (Bank & Vittoria st.) 229 Wellington St, Ottawa, Ontario
Project description: The project consists to replace sections of damaged asphalt on Bank street and Vittoria street. Work is to be completed within 8 Weeks after contract award.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
1. The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH hold a valid SITE ACCESS Clearance, granted or approved by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex A.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on 30/08/2022 at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of 229 Wellington St. Interested bidders must email the Contracting Authority by 29/08/2022 at 4:00PM EST.
ENQUIRIES: All enquiries are to be submitted to the Contractual Authority: Mike Stirling, by email at mike.stirling@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca
Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (3) business days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
