PRNPR currently leases two buildings outside of the Park Reserve and is instead looking to develop the area around the existing PRNPR administration buildings at the following coordinates: 49.060149403918174, -125.72271370346736. The consultant will complete an options analysis comparing different building types, a Life Cycle Cost Analysis for the primary building, schematic site plans, and a preliminary geotechnical investigation.
