The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Asset Sales (OAS) requests any Vendor that is capable of meeting this requirement on the attached draft PWS to please respond by July 6, 2026 11:59 PM ET. Please follow the Instructions Document attached when responding.
HUD, OAS is seeking contractor support to assist with asset sales. Services shall include executing loan sales initiatives for single family loans, Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) loans, and multifamily/healthcare loans. Services shall also include assisting with closing transactions such as transferring assets to winning bidders, monitoring and reporting on breaches, and performing Ad HOC tasks relative to the loan sales program.
