The purpose of this procurement is to establish two Prime Contractors, one in the North Zone and one in the South Zone, as part of the rollout of the Prime Contractor Framework under the Employment Services Delivery Model. The Prime Contractor will coordinate access to Employment Services within their respective Zone, as set out in the Contract. This includes working collaboratively with the Employment Services Referral Network and the Wraparound Supports Referral Network to ensure integrated, Job Seeker-centred support that addresses both Employment Services and Wraparound Supports.
