The intent of this RFP is to identify one or more Proponent(s) with whom ATB may enter into negotiations regarding a Formal Agreement for the provision of some or all of the following goods and/or services: A modern, scalable and high-performance Enterprise Decisioning Engine, along with implementation, logic migration, training, and ongoing support services. The target solution will serve as ATB’s central automated underwriting brain across retail and small/medium business credit operations, executing real-time rules, risk scorecards, and pricing calculations to replace ATB's legacy decision engine. All information shared by and with ATB Financial in connection with this RFP, including but not limited to, all information shared under any RFP documents, appendices, addendums, and any meetings, discussions, or other correspondence regarding this RFP shall be deemed confidential in nature and be subject to the clauses of the NDA between ATB and Proponent.
