All information shared by and with ATB Financial in connection with this RFP, including but not limited to, all information shared under any RFP documents, appendices, addendums, and any meetings, discussions, or other correspondence regarding this RFP shall be deemed confidential in nature and be subject to the clauses of the NDA between ATB and Proponent.
