NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO SOLE SOURCE. The United States Air Force, OC-ALC/PKOAB at 7858 5th Street, Suite 1, Tinker AFB, OK 73145-9125, announces its intent to award a purchase order on a sole source basis in order to purchase Annual Software Licensing for Aternity Brand Software for the 72 ABW/SCPD at Tinker AFB, OK. This procurement has been identified as commercial software and is under the mandatory guidance of DFARS 208.74 - Enterprise Software Agreements (ESA). The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cannot provide this requirement under any existing Government contract or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). Communication with OEM reveals that only one vendor is capable of providing this requirement to the Government under this guidance. Dell Federal Systems L.P. COMMERCIAL ITEMS: The contractor shall provide all labor, material, transportation, and incidentals to provide the following items: CLIN0001: ATERNITY SOFTWARE UPDATES & TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE MAINTENANCE Part# A5161358 MFG# TAS-SUP-001 Delivery shall be completed no later than 30 days from contract award date. The government intends to make a single award to the sole source vendor. The anticipated award date for this requirement will be on 20 September 2012.
