This requirement is for Prairies Economic Development Canada. XRM Vision Inc , in Joint VentureOrbis Risk Consulting Inc.Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLPSierra Systems Group Inc.Description of the RequirementThe Contractor will evaluate costs, industry requirements, and potential benefits of infrastructure projects in the Athabasca Basin region, as described in the Objectives/Purpose section. The Contractor will highlight areas in which the current state of, and/or lack of infrastructure inhibits or impedes the progress of the mining industry and critical minerals development in the region. The Contractor will engage with mineral exploration and extraction companies with interests in the region, as well as government departments responsible for the Saskatchewan mining industry and development of infrastructure. This engagement will be utilized to identify infrastructure projects that present multi-user value, as well as identify the enabling and prohibitive factors surrounding high-value projects. The Contractor will compile and analyze evidence gathered to provide a final report.
