On October 21, 2025, the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2025-259, Notice of Intention to Purchase Real Property in the City of Corona, County of Riverside, State of California, Assessor’s Parcel Number 113-340-078 (Property). Pursuant to County of Riverside Ordinance No. 598 and California Government Code Section 25350, the County published a notice of intention to purchase interests in real property, or any interest therein, that contains the description of the property proposed to be purchased, the price, the seller, and a statement of the time at which the Board would meet to consummate the purchase in accordance with California Government Code Section 6063. This item seeks the Board’s Authorization to Purchase the Property, along with the approval of the attached Purchase Agreement, in the amount of Twenty-Eight Million Dollars ($28,000,000), for the fee simple interests in certain real property located on the 3.27 acres of land improved with a 45,204 square foot build-to-suit clinic and adjacent parking areas, commonly known as 2813 South Main Street, Corona; including all improvements, fixtures, furniture, and equipment. The Property will be continually used to provide for health and wellness of the community. The acquisition of the Property is identified as the proposed project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). The project is limited to purchase of property and does not allow for any construction activity, change in use, or any other condition that may lead to a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical impacts to the environment.
