The project objective is to implement a modern, scalable technology platform that enhances automation, streamlines and accelerates rate and underwriting filing processes, and fortifies audit and data collection capabilities. This transformation is essential to enabling proactive, data-informed supervision and regulatory oversight, aligning with FSRA’s strategic vision for a more agile, transparent, and effective auto insurance regulatory framework. The AIP transformation project aims to enable a consumer-centric regulatory oversight model that ensures rate and underwriting practices are transparent, equitable, and responsive to consumer needs—ultimately building public trust and aligning with FSRA’s mandate to protect consumers. At the same time, it enhances regulatory agility and responsiveness by enabling real-time supervision, faster approvals, and dynamic oversight of insurer practices, allowing FSRA to adapt quickly to emerging risks and the evolving auto insurance landscape.Bidding and Documents are available on http://www.merx.com.
