1. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Office is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. 2. NORAD and USNORTHCOM (N-NC) at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado is seeking potential sources to provide non-personal services including personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform Annual service, support and maintenance for NXT Communicator remote hosted MNS service. Annual support and maintenance for Consortium II Conference server (Forum Communications International Consortium II JITC Certified Conference Server) part number 650-4168, current Consortium II Software version, and future upgraded versions. Annual support and maintenance for Desktop Alert software running on N&NC hosted virtual servers. Program management and systems engineering services in support of ANRS. Attachment 1 contains the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 29 Sep 2019 - 28 Sep 2023 (Base + 3 Option Years). 3. The anticipated solicitation will be under North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 541512, Computer Systems Design Services. It has yet to be determined if this requirement will be solicited 100% small business set-aside or in a specific socioeconomic status. The government requests interested parties submit their business status (i.e., 8(a), Small Disabled Business, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, Native American or small business), cage code and DUNS. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision. 4.
