AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and Statements of Capabilities must be submitted by 8 December 2022 at 14:00 EST. All Statements of Capabilities submitted after 14:00 EST will not be reviewed. The Product Safety Laboratory of Health Canada has a requirement for the supply of one automated test dishwashing machine to facilitate method development and testing in accordance with the requirements of the Single-Use Plastics Prohibition Regulations (SOR/2022-138). Delivery to Ottawa, ON must be on or before March 31, 2023. Interested suppliers must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the ACAN. You are hereby notified that the government intends to negotiate with one firm only as identified in the ACAN. Should you have any questions concerning this requirement, contact the contracting officer identified in the ACAN.
