The state of Oklahoma, in furtherance of the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program, has established Master Agreements with suppliers of Automatic External Defibrillators and Accessories (AEDs) for all Participating States. These new Master Agreements may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual state procurement director and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions. Award Information: There is a total of four (4) suppliers with a fully executed and available Master Agreement. For more information about the suppliers awarded and which categories they were awarded, please review the portfolio snapshot, located on this page. 01/13/2026 EDIT: Addendum 1 extends the expiration date on all of the contracts on this portfolio from 02/28/2026 to 02/28/2027. The Addendum 1 documentation is posted in the Product Documents section on each contractors' page. The Master Agreements on this portfolio offer fixed rate pricing for two product categories of AED Units and associated accessories. ACCESSORIES - The Master Agreements also offer fixed rate pricing on commonly used accessories for defibrillators such as: Batteries, Adult Pads (electodes), Pediatric Pads (electrodes), Carrying Cases, Wall Mount Kits and First Response Kits. Please note: All defibrillators and accessories must be FDA-approved.
