Automatic Transfer Switch Installation at the Rio Grande State Center

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission, through its Procurement and Contracting Services division, is soliciting competitive bids for the removal and replacement of the Automatic Transfer Switch at Building 515 of the Rio Grande State Center in Harlingen, Texas, under solicitation number HHS0016836v4. The contract, issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB), requires bidders to furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to complete the work in accordance with specified technical and safety standards. The work must be performed by personnel holding a Journeyman Electrician License or higher with at least three years of relevant experience, all of whom must be at least 18 years of age.
