SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division AUTONOMOUS AND UNMANNED SYSTEMS AND PLATFORMS Purpose: The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to identify potential sources that can provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supplies for autonomous and unmanned systems and platforms. The Draft Statement of Work (SOW) is attached to this notice to assist vendors with understanding NSWCCD's requirement. Responses to this source sought will be used by NSWCCD to influence acquisition decisions which may include: use of competitive bid procurement process; small business set-aside (small business, large business, or small disadvantaged business) and which acquisition procedures are best suited for this procurement. The Government anticipates that this future requirement will be issued as Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract. A draft SOW for the required services/supplies is provided as Attachment 1, and draft solicitation Sections L and M (Attachment 2) to this Sources Sought/RFI. Interested firms are requested to submit comments on the Draft SOW Industry Questionnaire Sheet (Attachment 3) by 12 February 2021.
