AVAYA TRAINING

Shared Services Canada, on behalf of the Government of Canada, is seeking a contractor to deliver nine instructor-led virtual Avaya training courses annually over a three-year period, with an initial one-year contract term and two optional one-year extensions that may be exercised at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority. All training must be conducted via Microsoft Teams in English, with French language accommodations provided, and must comply with accessibility requirements to ensure no new technological barriers are introduced to Information and Communications Technology (ICT). Payment is based on firm, all-inclusive per diem rates outlined in Annex B, billed in arrears for actual time worked, prorated on a 7.5-hour workday basis, with applicable taxes shown separately and no reimbursement for travel or living expenses. Invoices must be submitted electronically via the SSC P2P portal, linked to advance shipping notices, with supporting time sheets detailing days and hours worked for each resource. Contractors are required to submit quarterly usage reports by the tenth day following the end of each reporting period—April–June, July–September, October–December, and January–March—and must comply with domestic data routing rules, ensuring all Canadian network traffic passes through Canada unless written consent is obtained. Bidders must meet mandatory pass/fail criteria, including certifications of education, experience, personnel availability, and compliance with the Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity if applicable. Evaluation for award is weighted 70% on technical merit and 30% on price, with the highest combined score determining award.
