Full Description
The USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Office intends to issue a solicitation to purchase Aviation Maintenance Tool Kits for the 77th Aviation Maintenance Facility located at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Arkansas Army National Guard (ARNG).
Parts and tool kits are specific to UH60 series of helicopters to perform critical maintenance. After market items and refurbished items are not acceptable and will not be considered.
See attached Specification for more information regarding the items to be procured.
This notice meets the requirements of RFQ 12.201-1 Simplified procedures, paragraph (c)(2)(i) in order to solicit quoations directly from suppliers. Vendors may contact the POC's in this presolicitation notice to identify interest, but this is no guarantee that all interested vendors will be selected to receive the RFQ when issued.
The soliciation is anticipated to be issued directly to suppliers on 03 September 2026. A Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation is being considered, with an anticipated award date on or around 17 September 2026.
This announcement will not be extended due to the end of the year time constraint.
