Nature of Requirements:
The requirement is to establish a Regional Master Standing Offer (RMSO) for the supply of Aviation Turbine Fuels (Into Plane) and Heating Fuel Oil to various Federal departments in Iqaluit, Nunavut. The products will be delivered as and when requested by the Identified User, during the period of September 1, 2022 to July 31, 2025 with the right to request two one year extensions from August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026 and from August 1 2026 to July 31, 2027.
The following Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement applies to this procurement: Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to* Iqaluit, Nunavut *where "deliveries to" means goods delivered to, and services performed in.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
