As noted in the Sources Sought Notice (70Z02320SSNAHH007), the United States Coast Guard (USCG) said it would make award for the described Video Processing Modules 8600A (VPM-8600A) to Intertrade if USCG could not find an alternative manufacturer or supplier of these components. USCG could not find such an alternative manufacturer or supplier. Therefore, on Thursday, 27 February 2020, USCG made award to Intertrade on a firm-fixed-price, sole-source non-competitive basis. The publicly releasable copy of the Justification and Approval (J&A) to sole-source this award to Intertrade is attached to this award notice.
