AZURE CONSUMPTION LICENSE

The Department of the Navy, through the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific, is establishing a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement for Microsoft perpetual and subscription software licenses, Software Assurance, and Azure consumption. This 8(a) sole-source action, identified by solicitation number N6339426F4003, is designed to consolidate Department of Defense requirements, reduce administrative overhead, and ensure security and compatibility across warfighting operations. The total estimated contract value is 3.4 billion dollars, covering a period of performance from June 1, 2021, through May 31, 2026. Performance is centered at the Port Hueneme CBC Base in California. The scope of work includes the procurement of Office 365, Windows 10 Secure Host Baseline, System Center, and SQL Server, facilitating migration to cloud environments and supporting Zero Trust architecture. Key technical requirements include compliance with Azure Active Directory Premium Plan 2, Microsoft Defender ATP, and the establishment of a DoD M365 Impact Level 5 tenant.
