The government is seeking to procure two Intercomp AC60-LP 12-7200 Low Profile Platform Scale System kits, or an equivalent brand, for use at Tinker AFB. Each kit consists of twelve low-profile scales with a capacity of 60,000 pounds each, stored in a single mobile cart, totaling twenty-four scales across two carts. Due to the operational environment, the equipment must possess Class 1, Division 1, Groups C and D Hazardous Location certification. On-site calibration will be handled by Tinker PMEL staff, so calibration certificates are not required upon delivery. Amendment 02 specifically clarifies the certification requirements for the scales and updates the item description and evaluation criteria. Offerors must submit a completed SF1449 and a signed page 1 of the SF30 form for Amendment 01, along with all necessary representations and certifications, by 10:00 AM CDST on August 26, 2016. Failure to provide the required documentation or the signed amendment may result in a determination of being technically unacceptable, disqualifying the offeror from the award.
