ITEM 0001: NSN 4920-01-579-6308RN , Part Number: IAW Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-59828B, Oil Cooling Cart (OCC). The OCC provides coolant oil to Line Replaceable Units through auxiliary and utility hydraulic circuits. Dimensions are max 39" H x max 79" L x max 27" Depth. Requirement is for 1 EA Pre- Production Unit, plus data associated with the pre-production unit, to include technical manuals, and five (5) each production units in the basic year. There will be four (4) options, each for a quantity range of 1-5 EA. Option may be exercised anytime within 365, 730, 1,095 and 1,460 days respectively after award of the basic requirement. DELIVERY: Place of delivery for Pre-Production Unit: FD2060. Place of delivery for five (5) production units will be established at time of award. Pre-Production unit is due 210 days ARO award; Test Procedure is due 45 days ARO award; Test Inspection Report is due 180 days ARO award. Delivery for options is 210 days after exercise of option(s). Delivery locations for items ordered under option(s) is unknown at this time. All shipments will be FOB Origin. Requirement is reserved 100% for Small Business Set Aside. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. Quotes will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. It is anticipated that the RFQ will be released on or around 8 July 2015. The RFQ will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (www.fedbizopps.gov). NO HARD COPES WILL BE PROVIDED.
