The solicitation package will be available only electronically through the Contract Opportunities section on SAM.gov, and prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site. Additionally, separate cooperative agreement opportunities will be posted on Grants.gov. All questions related to the solicitation must be submitted in writing to the designated contracting officer, Tyler Johnson, whose contact information is provided in the solicitation notice.
