Full Description

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a non-competitive single-award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) to Biomarker Technologies Inc. for laboratory services, including geochemical analysis, interpretation and training. The Contractor shall provide gas chromatography, mass spectrometry, and compound specific isotope analysis of whole oils, source rock extracts, and hydrocarbon fractions, for quantitative analysis of associated alkanes, biomarkers, and diamondoids for USGS samples. The period of performance is five years from date of award. Biomarker Technologies Inc. is the only known capable source to provide quantitative/extended diamondoid analysis (QDA/QEDA) of oil and rock extracts, provide quantitative GC-MS/MS analysis for saturate and aromatic hydrocarbons within oil and source rock extracts and provide compound specific isotope analysis (CSIA) of n-alkanes (CSIA-Ac), biomarkers (CSIA-B), and diamondoids (CSIA-D). In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.501(a). Email responses to contact@example.gov.
