Building 1040 COMM ISP Telecommunication Infrastructure
The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for ISP Telecommunications Infrastructure. This solicitation, reference number W50S8T-26-R-A023, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
REQUIREMENT
This is a single-CLIN project that requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and quality control necessary to engineer, design, install, terminate, and test the copper and fiber Inside Plant (ISP) telecommunications infrastructure within Building 1040, in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and technical drawings, to be completed within a period of performance of 149 days after date of contract (ADC).

Proposals must be submitted via email to SSgt Jiyah McGrath (jiyah.mcgrath@us.af.mil) and Ryan Moehle (ryan.moehle@us.af.mil) Please see attached combined synopsis/solicitation for all details.
Requests for Information (RFIs) and site visit requests are due NLT 30 July 2026, and the Government's responses will be posted to SAM.gov with the most updated date. RFI's will be posted in their own document. Some are awaiting answers, please do not ask repeat questions as we wait for clarification on these.
52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
