MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: The estimated price range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS CODE AND DESCRIPTION: 541990, All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $19.5 million TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This procurement is set aside for award to qualified small businesses. Offers from other businesses including large businesses will not be considered. LOCATION OF THE WORK: Lakewood, Jefferson County, Colorado DATES: Solicitation Issue: November 12, 2024 Site Visit: November 18, 2024 at 11AM Mountain Time Offers Due: 4:00 p.m. MT on December 3, 2024 PROCEDURES FOR AWARD: The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror (s) whose proposal (s) conforming to the Solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
