Shaw AFB B1130 AFCENT A2 and STO Vindicator Intrustion Detection System (IDS) Upgrade. Contractor shall procure and install DoD approved IDS equipment that complies with ICD 705, IDS GEN ADMIN, and the CMD. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, training, installation, operations, supervision, logistics support and other items as defined in this SOW. Contractor shall provide employees certified on Honeywell VINDICATOR and qualified to perform electrical and electronic troubleshooting, repair, testing, diagnostics, and programming into the current Honeywell VINDICATOR system at Bldg. 1130 AFCENT/A2. All work will be IAW attached Statement of Work (SOW)


Site Visit: 14 July 2026, at 4:00 PM EST location B1130 parking lot.
